 Charbel Aboujawde brings over 18 years of multidisciplinary experience in architecture, interior design, project management, and contracting. Holding an Executive MBA, along with bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design, Charbel combines design excellence with strong business and executional insight.

As Principal Architect, he leads with a strategic, hands-on approach — overseeing complex developments across Lebanon and the GCC. His portfolio includes large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, many of which have been successfully delivered from concept to completion under his leadership.

 Elsi Khoury is a seasoned design and project management professional with over 18 years of experience in interior design, architecture, FF&E, and contracting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Master’s in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), bringing a unique blend of creative and technical expertise to every project.

As Project Director, Elsi leads with precision, vision, and a deep understanding of how spaces come together — from materials and finishes to function and flow. Her experience spans large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Lebanon and the GCC, where she has successfully delivered complex developments on time and within budget.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused leadership, Elsi plays a key role in transforming design concepts into fully realized, high-quality environments.

Alain Aoun is a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in interior architecture across Lebanon and the GCC. He holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and has successfully delivered a wide range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Known for his precision, leadership, and design insight, Alain ensures that every project is executed to the highest standards — on time, on budget, and aligned with the client’s vision. His ability to manage complex processes while maintaining a clear design focus makes him a key asset to any project team.
